Direct Patient Care Model (DPC)

Our practice has two different payment models:

​

Exclusively primary care: Billed through insurance with applicable copays, deductibles and co-insurance. We accept all insurances listed below. There may be other insurances we except that are not listed. Please call the office for verification prior to scheduling an appointment.

Medication management (with or without primary care): The Direct Patient Care (DPC) model is for patients needing regular medication management for developmental diagnoses, excluding Missouri Medicaid and Tricare patients who will be billed through insurance.

• DPC is a subscription model that involves a reasonable monthly fee, regardless of visit frequency. Insurances are not billed at any time. There is never an added fee.

• Vaccines are billed to insurance by VaxServe

• Yearly upfront payment discounts available

Services included with the DPC model:

• Unlimited visits for medication regimen establishment and maintenance

• Prompt responses to calls/messages (excluding weekends)

• Prior authorization assistance

• Extended appointments

• Telemedicine visits when appropriate

• Paperwork assistance

With the DPC model, insurance is not billed at any time by either party. Patients cannot submit claims. Please contact us with any questions.
